Here are a couple of inquires that may be of interest:

• The Stock by site report will tell you how much of a specific product is at each site. This is under Stock, Inquiries, Stock. It can be exported to Excel. To run for all sites, clear the Site field.
• Under Stock, Inquiries, Stock, Product stock, you can see all the stock at a particular site

How can I run the report for all the products? I do not want to do it one product at a time as this will take forever. 

Maybe it will not the best solution but in your case can be used Stock Valuation report (FUNSTVA) - its purpose is to get also stock value, but same time it will be possible to see the stock at the site.
