LDAP sync failing

Our LDAP sync is failing. We have not been able to find a solution to this. We currently have Sage X3 version 11 patch 4 with Syracuse patch 8.

We are getting the following errors:

"TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEntity' of undefined"

"TypeError: Cannot read property '$uuid' of null"

"userEndpoint: endpoint: endpoint is mandatory"

Does anybody know the solution to this or can somebody point us in the right direction for what the error means?

Yes. Everything is basically the same except we don't do automatic ldap sync

I am having the exact same issue. It Synched the first time, and added the users, but ended with this error. However, after that, I cannot even get into the LDAP server record on Syracuse. It just returns:

Cannot read properties of null (reading 'length')
