Socket hang up issue in Sage X3 external login

Hi All,

It would be highly appreciated if anyone can guide me for the below attached issue.

While trying to login Sage X3 through external authentication I'm getting socket hang up error on the login screen.    

JFYI: We are using Sage X3 V8.5.

    Typically these errors are from the other external system, but in order to troubleshoot it, you would need to look at Syracuse logs, and possibly create a Host trace in X3.
    Is this for SAML2?
