X3 conflict with Office 365

I hope I am asking this on the correct forum.

My company is currently using Sage X3 v.6.5.

This past week we just installed Office 365 on all our work stations.

Out of the 15 work stations we installed Office on, 2 of the stations are having issues.

When X3 client is running, and we open any of the Office programs (Outlook, Excel, ect..) The X3 windows start to refresh. Sometimes the refresh every few seconds and sometimes they refresh to a point they are unusable.  I have reinstalled both X3 and Office 365 on these work stations. Nothing seems to work.

If anyone has experienced this issue, please let me know if you found a fix.
