Client on Enterprise Management (Sage X3) PU8 Path 5 is having an issue on the template.

 When they try to import GL templates GAS the system is ignoring the dimension values that are in the template and is using the GL account defaults.

What setting is causing this and how can we fix.

We would like the dimensions we specify in the template to be imported
