Errors when Testing V11 Patch 11

Patch 11 for Version 11 came out this week, and I am trying to test it against my current development environment and my X3 folder.  The Patch Test errors out with the message "Calculation Capacity Exceeded".   I have tried testing against my X3 folder and my development folder... same result.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?  My presumption is a possible error in the patches, since it is occurring when testing against a standard, non-modified X3 folder.

Attached are screenshots of the error and the 4GL references that follow.   The issue seems to generally be about a numeric value exceeding the allowed range, as opposed to a memory issue.
