You may be getting the error because the menloc.js file is damaged. If it happens to just one folder endpoint you might want to review KBID 79620 from our knowledgebase. It has corrective steps to fix for the issue with an individual folder causing the issue. 

If your having issues with every folder then you may have an issue with the version of Syracuse you have installed. You can also take a look at KBID 94058 which explains the issue correction on Syracuse 11.12.

If neither are you related, I would suggest opening a support ticket with your assign partner or local sage support.
