You haven't provided any error messages related to your question, so all of us can only guess what is or not happening.

In the first place, check user's permissions. It can be so that user can see accounting document, but cannot print, because function and/or access group specified in report specification is not accessible by user.

Normally,

when we click the Bank posting, Function STDCO opens and then we can print the record. but in this case when we press the record, system shows no action/reaction or error.

what are the access code required for printing function? what are the permissions required here?

Like example, report PIECE (Entry print) depends on function CONSPCE, if user doesn't have functional profile with function CONSPCE, then no printout and no error message will be displayed.
