HP M608 Laser printer not printing from Sage Enterprise Management

I am able from outside of Sage Management and test printer print successfully. It is a network printer. Other printers from the same location print fine from Sage Enterprise Management. I has also tried re-installing the printer and tried different printer drivers. But I still cannot print a work order when selecting the HP M608 as a destination. Only errors that showing is "error-printing" in the print queue under Windows Print Management. Any advice is appreciated!
