I have web services that are returning the error "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."  I have confirmed that the user/password is good.  This is running without any issues on a production endpoint, but I just pointed it to the test endpoint, and I am receiving this message.  I also verified the web service pool is set up.  Does  anybody know what this error means?   It also returns "Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.".
