I'd like to create a report / pull data from SQL which would show a list of all User Profiles, along with all of the Functions they have access to - is this possible?
If so, which tables would I use?

well, in AFCTPRF, the column OPT indicate the permisions with letters, I DON'T know where have defined this letters with this properties ( c= create, m=modify, s= delete)...
