Can you please help me with the steps on how to integrate outlook with Sage X3. I need the planning calendar and appointments created on Sage to sync on outlook.

When an appointment is created, can an email be sent reminding the list of appointments today to the user, if his outlook and sage x3 is synced. Can you please provide suggestions as to how this can be done.
