Hello All,

I'm experiencing the below error message whenever I'm trying to download large data from Sage X3, mostly Financial Entry inquiry. Your advise will be appreciated.

Sage X3 version: V11

Patch: 16

SQL Server: 2014 

Error Message:  The web server has experienced the following error when processing the last query sent, the session is going to be cancelled : Convergence session not found on this server (b13fc82b-1bfb-4f00-a564-d4e8774d6237). 

This can due to an unscheduled server restart.
