Our Zebra printer for labels, all of a sudden starts printing labels. and lots of them. I have logged onto a remote desktop to view the printer queue and there is nothing in the queue showing its printing. Yet it is. 

1. Where can I view this in X3 V11 (if there is a place to do so)? or control it?

2. How can I get it to stop doing this?

3. Why is it doing this?

Someone please assist, as the warehouse is without until we can get it to stop running this voluntary program of labels.
