Have you recently updated X3 patches or Syracuse or the runtimes? I've seen this error 56 in the past and it was due to "Syracuse and runtime didn't match patch level".

The error seems to be complaining about the Fiscal Year table of Fixed Assets [FIS] specifically about the "CNX" field which is the Context. Have you checked on the Depreciation Contexts under Setup>Fixed Assets and reviewed the Fiscal Years and period definitions?

You are right ,the Fiscal Year for 2022 is Open so i closed it and its worked.
