How to terminate classic session

Hi,

On Classic Client Sessions screen, We have some hanging classic sessions that can't be disconnected

When I have tried to disconnect, there is an error messages "Resources cannot be found any more". 

Also when you click details, you will found the missing information and on above screen shown error "Something went wrong. Please contact support"

How to fixed that? How to cleared the hanging session?

Any help will be great.

    Hi Johanes,

    As this question is old you may have already found a resolution to this issue but I'll offer some insight.

    From the screen shots it appears the version in use in V11, since then in V12 there has been extensive updates done to Syracuse that addresses these concerns directly.

    There is also a new feature in V12 where you have the ability to clear inactive sessions if you find they are being hung up.

    If you have upgraded but still find yourself with these issues please reach out to support to create a case and investigate the reasons why.
