Sales return - can't find delivery in Left List

Trying to process a Customer Return, but the relevant delivery doesn't appear in my left list.  Have checked that I have selected the right customer account.

Why would the required Sales Delivery not appear?

    A couple common things to check...

    1. Make sure the delivery is validated.

    2. Make sure the return site is the same as the shipping site.

    3. Make sure the return address is the same address that you ship to. Sometime even though it's same customer, the ship-to address may not be the default address.

    4. Make sure you page down on the left list. Since the delivery selection left list if in tree structure, sometimes there may be more records in the next page even though it only shows a few records.
