We are using the Sales Order object as a web service, and it occasionally returns "The value "NaN" is invalid for option "size"". The XML looks okay to me, so I'm not sure what is causing it. Has anybody else come across this?

Hi Denise,
Were you able to fix the problem? Or at least know what the source of the problem is.
It is very rare. It's very random, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I've reset the pool, deleted and re-created webservices, etc. I only have to restart services... but I can't, I don't have access to the server.
Anyway, if you could guide us we would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Nacho.
It's fixed, it was an error in a parameter of a subprog. It doesn't return the typical error indicating the script line... so if you get the error again it probably comes from a bug in the code... those kind of bugs that kick you out of the function.

I have come across this error also, but it was while trying to create a Sales Order return.
