Record Already Exists Error - Transaction Stopped - When Creating a new delivery

We're seeing the error below randomly when creating new deliveries. When this happens, the user will see the new delivery number populate on the screen, encounter this error, then close the delivery screen/be forced out of it. When they return, the same delivery number was given to another user who was able to successfully create their delivery. It appears that there's an issue with sequence numbering and somehow X3 is giving the same record number to multiple users, but only one can actually create the record.

I've completed the steps in KB75007, but this did not resolve the issue. We are seeing this several times each day with over 200 deliveries being created daily.
