In the Purchase Request transaction, the only available option to select the place of receiving the items is at the Site level (main address), and it would be of great benefit to add the option of selecting a different Ship-to address (even at the header level or at the line level as is available in the Purchase Order transaction.

The indication for the Ship-to address should also pass when doing an RFQ and when converting it to a Purchase Order.

This situation may also have an impact in the cash flow of the Signature process, as the total value of the transaction is affected by the value of the taxes that will be added to the transaction, as this amount can vary from location to location.

For example, if the main address has a tax rate of 5% but the ship-to address has a rate of 15%, the Signature process will be affected when the correct Ship-to address will be selected at the Purchase Order, in which case would be 10% higher to the authorized amount done at the Purchase Request.
