Hi,

We have using Sage X3 V11, Patch 17. Its noticed that session are not closing as provided in the setup, which is resulting in locking transaction, which is slowing all transactions. Users are opening secondary session, which after completing, the page is left open. Such sessions starts, slowing the entries for all other users involved. We are considering 100+ user connected scenario, and this performance is affecting all users. When such situation happens, stock related transaction (Invoices, Deliveries, WO Tracking, Purchase Invoice, Receipts etc) starts 'rounding', which is frustrating for the users. 

We are currently killing each lock session from Lock symbols manually, to mitigate the situation. In some cases the even if we close the user session, it will not terminate. In such cases, we are forced to restart the services multiple tines a day to resolve such issues. Have any one faced such situations? Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated.
