I saw the article in the knowledgebase however the PO is closed after I created the receipt.  The steps in knowledgebase displayed how to close the PO.   What I did notice was that I'm not getting the log file after the purchase receipt of an MFT number.   It seems the work order is not acknowledging the receipt was created and that is why the po status on the WO is 'ordered' status.

I found now that the reason the PO status is still 'ordered' after received is because there was no MFT transaction created.  When look at the WO tracking inventory the line is blank.  also in production there is a log that displays the MFT number when the receipt is created but in our test folder it doesn't display.  So now i'm trying to find why there is this disconnect and the WO not updating after the subcontracted PO receipt has been created..... appreciate any help- thanks

I have another clue regarding my issue above.  It seems the work center is not displaying however I checked and all seems to be configured properly and the same as our production folder.  I really don't understand why my test folder is not closing the operations line after receipt.  I"m hoping someone out there can help me out as its driving me crazy now that I cannot test work orders.  thanks
