Data entry analytics

Question

I'd like to export the supplier BP entry list, a listing of invoices entered with user name by entry date, so I can show my manager my entry analytics. I'd also like to do it with checks printed. The problem is we have multiple companies and the searches all filter by company. Any help is appreciated.

Hi APeon , I think you might have to build a custom export to do what you want. There are standard export like BIC which is customer invoices import/export template. you might be able to find something that you can use as a starting template to build one more tailored to your request. I would suggest looking through the import/export templates and see if anything comes close to what you need and then build off of that. you can find the templates under Setup, Usage, Imports / exports, Import/export templates (GESAOE). If your looking for a report type then you would most likely need Crystal reporting tool to build a reports. There is some standard reports which you could also use a base template if you chose to build a custom one. you can see all the standard reports by going to Reports, Reports, Reports (AIMP).
