Stock journal not having values

Hi team

I need some assistance. I am facing a situation where I am having stock journals created but not having values. The process is triggered from a purchase> purchase receipt> and the purchased items were supposed to be received as stock but now, journals have been created but no values thou PO and receipt both have values. The product is allowed to be retained as stock, either.

  • Hi ehk, You might want to check the parameter NULAMTIFA interface the null amount under setup, general parameters, TC/ACC group. If the value is 'Yes', it allows null movements to post. 'No', prevent null movements to be posted. Check for a value in the purchase cost column in both PO and receipt lines, check the auto journal lines used for the receipt posting and see if they have been modified. If you need further help, please open a support ticket with your local Sage X3 support.
