You have provided very few information (we don't know the function, the version, the context nor the configuration). Based on your screenshot, I wonder if this is not simply a display issue: you seem to have 25 lines displayed but the line number is 101. Maybe you should display the maximum of lines.
You can try as well to export in Excel the content to check if there is any data.

Without more I cannot guess any real reason why your report is not displaying any data.

Thanks, as you can see Mr. Julien Patureau report shows 100 results and in the lines they are 4370 also 44 pages, so the issue I can't see the rest of pages or records, even after exported to excel sheet.
