If you want to see the load related to suggested work orders, you need to set your product with Reorder mode (REOMGTCOD field) = MRP or MPS.

Then your requirement parameters (GESPCB function) should be:

1. Load calculation: Number of weeks that shoud include the WOS
2. Production Lead time should be = 'Routing/product lead times' OR 'Always routing lead times'

Finally, the routing code should be ticked RCCP

Thanks Julien. Have all of that but still not seeing ops from WOSs. I was using query on the MFGOPE table to look. Should I look somewhere else? I ran scheduling and recalc loads as well.

Looks like the table I'm looking for is OPERATIONS. Thanks for the help!
