The first release was just rolled out i think.   The old way was to create a work order for maintenance in manufacturing.  The new way is with CMMS.   You tube link.

I saw the video and try to test it, but in not in our V12 Sage X3.Could it be because is a new module or it needs to have different kind of licencing

The Preventive Maintenance add-on is currently only available in North America.  It will be rolled out to other markets later this year.  It is purchased like any other add-on. If you have specific questions, I am happy to help.

Both.   You will need a new license and i believe it is now on the current release.
