SAGE X3 - USA Legislation

SOLVED

Hi everyone,

When we make a new installation with the USA Legislation in the Sage X3, which reports the system brings for us?

For example:
Is there a USA Sales Order report?
Is there a USA Purchase Order report?

Please is Urgent. I need your help.

Can you be more specific as to what you want to report?

This is from the December release of the NA reports.    THERE ARE LOTS OF REPORTS IN X3 ALREADY but these were added specifically for North America.

These are the Sales order reports.

2.1 Bill of Lading (XABILLAD) 5
2.2 Customer BP Invoice (XABPCINV) 5
2.3 Customer Order Acknowledgement (XAARCCLIENT) 7
2.4 Customer Order Acknowledgement Fixed Footer (XAARCCLIENT) 7
    2.5 Customer Open Order Acknowledgment (XAARCCLIOUV2) 8
    2.6 Preparation List (XALISTPREPA) 9
2.7 Picking List Allocated Product (XALISTPREPAALL) 10
    2.8 Pick Ticket (XABONPREPA) 11
    2.9 Packing Slip (XABONLIV) 11
    2.10 Packing Slip Fixed Footer (XABONLIV2) 12
2.11 Delivery Pick Tickets (XABONPRELIVP) 14

    These are the PO Reports.

    Hi Stephen,

Thank you very much for your answer. That'll be helpful for me.

In addition, I need to know if the package specifically has the Purchase and Sales Orders with the USA tax characteristics.

I'm not sure what taxes you mean but i think the answer is yes.

Generally there is no such thing as "USA tax characteristics" involved.    Taxes on sales are controlled by the state (e.g. New York, Texas, California, etc...).    If those taxes are properly set up on the sales or purchasing side they can print on the sales order or the purchase order.

An exception might be if you want to show federal taxes like excise taxes or custom duties.    This should be possible using the invoice elements or even another tax on the line item level.

I hope that answers your question.
