Membership Pending - Can someone from Sage help me?

The First request was rejected without any questions from Sage's side.

    Thanks for posting on Sage City.

    Could you please provide a bit more information so we can make sure your inquiry is directed to the correct team.  Which group were you trying to join on Sage City?  Could you also let us know the URL/link?

    All open product groups on Sage City have automatic membership approval, so it sounds like you may have been trying to join a private group?

    It's confusing. More than a year ago, I tried to access Sage X3 Global Hub and received Nov. 17, 2022:
    "

    Hello,

    We are going to refuse your access to our X3 Global hub as this hub is dedicated to Sage employees and partners.

    If you work for a partner, please send us a new request specifying the partner’s name, the Sage entity that works with you and the products you distribute.

    Thanks"

    I sent another request on February 27, 2023, and only received confirmation two weeks ago.

    Now I have the same problem with access https://support.na.sage.com (I just need to download updates for Sage X3)
    I cannot login, I just received "The entered account does not have access to this website. "
    But for a 10 minutes after account confirmed I had access and I saw the information about our licenses.


    I would be grateful as if someone from Sage could fix the situation with access to support.na.sage.com

    Thanks for the additional information.  We will forward your issue regarding accessing downloads on Sage KB to the Portal Support Team so they can look into this and assist you further.  They will be replying back via email from the address [email protected]
