Field BPAPAY: Nonexistent address

hi,

I am importing a file from another system into X3 and getting an error as in subject line and screenshot below. I checked the template configurations in Setup and go into BPAPAY line and couldnt find anything really to change so I have not clue on what might be the issue. I will appreciate to get an assistance from someone in this community.

I have run into issues with Avalara and importing addresses. Is Sales Tax activated?

No clue tbh. On this issue, I learnt it has to do with import template configs whereas I had to specify addresses manually and import the files. The only concern that I will work to figure out is on to why I wasnt getting any error in V11 since this is the first import in V12.
