Importation of SEED FOLDER Failed

Hello please should be informed that when i tried to import SEED Folder to console management all steps pass OK unless the last step it give error

the impacted envirenement

WIndows 2019 server

SQL SERVER 2014

SAGE X3 V11

Provide the full log. Not enough information from the screencapture.
