If all the companies are on a single endpoint/folder, all or nothing.

If each companies are split (SAGE endpoint split to SAGE USA endpoint and SAGE UK endpoint), then it is possible to just backup one endpoint without affecting others but there may be functional side issue for having split endpoints.

Discuss with your financial team and client approval before splitting.

Simple answer is no.

All the data for all of the companies/sites are in the same set of tables in SQL. You should not have anybody in the system while you are doing an SVG backup.
