I have an unfortunate task to be in the cleaning duty.

I am currently reading:  Time to tidy up? 

The mountain that I am tasked to clean up.

Believe it has not been cleaned up since 2019.

So, uh, anyone got any good recommendation?

Additional notice from the client is that all records are to be kept up to seven (7) years, non-negotiable, including access/usage audit data.

I am contemplating the usage of Purge X3 folder but wondering the worth in terms of performance improvement and storage as it will still be placed at the same database and same instance of Sage X3, just with different schema.
