Have you tried going to Development, Script dictionary, Report dictionary to locate the report? 

I have but it is nowhere to be found where it says it should be? Very strange...

Some canned reports are on your server in the "X3" folder as opposed to your production endpoint folder.

Great. Keep in mind anything in the "X3" folder is used in every endpoint. You can copy it to your test (and eventually production) endpoint so that your modifications are endpoint specific. I believe Sage's best practice is for us to never modify anything in the X3 folder.
