How to set the syracuse's keepAlive packet send interval?

Hi, 
 Question: How do I set the Sage X3's syracuse's keepAlive packet send interval when user cannot do anything (for example: Development > Data Extract process on all tables)? 
 
 Context: 
 - Sage X3 v12p33 
 - AWS multi-tier setup with multiple load balancers (both level 7 ALB and level 4 NLB used). 
 
 There is a limitation on AWS NLB which allows interactive session to idle up to 5 minutes 50 seconds and non-negotiable for changes before turning off TCP stream port from network layer: docs.aws.amazon.com/.../network-load-balancers.html

 Registry edit the Windows Server OS on all the Sage X3 servers. 
 Create an entry (if not in registry already) and set this KeepAliveTime (default: 2 hours) to be the lowest possible value out of all the infrastructure's load balancer's timeout. 
 In this case, since AWS NLB has a non-negotiable idle time of 5 minutes and 50 seconds and currently is the lowest timeout LB in the infrastructure, set keepAliveTime to 5 minutes or lesser (I picked 3 minutes). 
 This should resolve the ECONNRESET error caused by AWS NLB orphaning/killing off the TCP stream port due to not receiving any keepAlive packet from Sage X3 or OS despite OS, NodeJS, and ALB are not yet timed out.
