To validate your intercompany journal, entry, go to Financials, Journals , Intercompany journal entry. Select the entry referenced in your error message, click Post which should be at the top of the right hand boxes.  

The posting log will list the journals created by the intercompany posting. These journals entries will have to be moved to Final status either by calling up the journals in Journal Entry and manually changing the status or by using Final validation. Final validation is found under Financials, Current processes.
