Is the Analytical dimension SOOCKSE22006354  exist when you try to select it?
If not, I would suggest to create it.
=> Best would be to test it first on a test environment.

Somehow I do not have the 'Group' field and ACCIFA parameter

Nope, the system shows 'No Records Selected'. 
For the creation, do the details of the previous dimension matter? Because I believe the deletion is done accidentally and I does not have any data that is related to the dimension.

I have created the dimension and also run the Stock Accounting Interface, it will no longer show the error anymore. But I'm still now sure if the manual creation will affect the accuracy of data or not.
