CONSCPT: Increase results characters

Question

Hi team, I am running function CONSCPT (Account inquiry) but am getting fewer results compared to date range I have set e.g. am inquiring data between 01st Jan 2023 - 31st Dec 2023 but only 50 results are displayed of Jan - Feb and output capacity is more characters and when I put a range of Feb to Dec more results are given out. Someone kindly assist on how I can be able to increase number of results may be from 50 to 1000.

Hello Emmanuel, 
 The number of records can be increased within the corresponding Inquiry Screen, 
 Setup -> General parameters -> Inquiry Screens 
 Your Inquiry Code can be found by removing the prefix CONS from the Function - therefore CONSCPT would relate to Inquiry Code CPT. 
 Once you find the CPT code you will see a field that reads &ldquo;Number of Lines&rdquo; which potentially is now set to 50 and you can increase to a suitable number such as 1000, 
 Once the change is made, save and validate. 
 Please note that Inquiries can have multiple &ldquo;Screen Codes&rdquo; - screen codes are to Inquiries as Entry Transactions to Objects. Meaning that you could have multiple layouts for the same Inquiry by choosing the fields to be shown or the order of the columns. So just review the different Screen codes you might have if needed.
