Hi Mark,

You can set an audit on the table:

1. In Development, Data and parameters, Tables, Tables, select the SDELIVERY table.
2. In the Audit tab select the Deletion check box.
3. Under Fields audited grid, select the SDHNUM on line 1 and SOHNUM in line 2, Line 3 UPDUSR, Line 4 UPDDAT 
4. Set the Operator as 'All'.
5. Validate the table.

how do you see the changes after you run on tracking?

The audit information can be viewed under Usage, Audit and either Fields or Tables.
