Thanks heaps for your reply Bob. And yes it's Ben. Or Benjamin to my mother when I'm in trouble. That happens less and less now that I'm 37.

So - given that we have purchased Sage through a Business Partner (Enabling in Sydney, Australia), are we able to login to the customer portal ourselves, or are we restricted to having the Business Partner download upgrades for us? The only reason I ask is that our Business Partner has many clients and sometimes can't get upgrades to us straight away. It would help everyone if we could download upgrades ourselves.
