We have installed Sage X3 7.1 Patch 9.  When we try to access a web serives we added to the system using the Adonix test tool, we get the error "BLOK,Can't call process[AWEB:RECUPHDAT] - Pool[SEEDWEB] - Status[stopped] - [0] entries connected".

Anyone have a clue on what we can look for?
