When the use do the &ldquo;Stock adjustment &ldquo; 
 Account Value 
 Stock account 10000 - 100 
 Stock adjustment 40000 +100

Customer sample 
 Account Value 
 Stock account 10000 - 100 
 Stock adjustment (sample) 50000 +100

c. Issue to Service dept 
 Account Value 
 Stock account 10000 - 100 
 Stock adjustment (service detp) 60000 +100

Not too hard of a question, the answers a little long though. 
 First we need to create the accounting code line text, 
 
 then the add the accounting code lines, 
 
 then add the accounts to the relevant accounting codes. 
 
 Create the new automatic journals, 
 
 and then press the lines button and change the accounting code indice to the newly created one, as below (don't worry about messages indicating STJ could not be found): 
 
 Now repeat that for the service dept issues 
 
 remember to hit the lines and change the indice for this one too (no screenshot for that) 
 So now you have all the setup and just need to attach an entry transaction, as below:

And finally, when you go into the misc issues you see the new items are available for use.
