File reading Error STOPAR in stock count

Question

Hi, 
 We got the below error during the stock count Validation 
 "File reading Error! STOPAR ...." 
 Pls advise. 
 Steps: 
 
 1. Create inventory session 
 2. Stock count document 
 stock count entry .. 
 stock count - Release 
 Stock count - Validation 
 During above setup got the "Application error - Number or error 1" 
 " File reading Error STOPAR..."

 You may want to review the knowledgebase article ID 60399 ( ERROR: 'FILE Reading Error STOPAR 'sitexxx' when Validating a Stock Count). It references that the storage site being used is missing from GESSTE.
