A customer using the web client for version 6, in a warehouse environment, has users experiencing "Error 12019, requested operation failed" followed by the application hanging. This occurs intermittently and does not impact all computers at once. Has anyone encountered this type of symptom and if so, what did you determine was the cause in your environment?
We feel we ruled out the anti-virus, data problems and known defects. Also they were using a WIFI connection so I had them use a solid, LAN connection and the error eventually occurred again on the computer.
