Good morning.   Once in awhile when our associates receive product using the ADC / handheld scanner, the label that prints out has the Receipt Number, Lot Number, and the Supplier Lot number from the previous receipt that has already been closed.  They then have to go into Stock - Print Stock Labels - Enter the actual receipt number - Print Label.

Steps Taken:

1. Login to Handheld
2. Go to Stock
3. Press F1
4. Go to Receipts
5. Press F1
6. Enter the order information
7. Tab down to Create
8. Press F2
9. Receipt Number appears on ADC / Handheld Screen.   For example REC012800
10. Go to the label printer
11. Look at the label (REC0012648) is printed. 
12. Go into Stock
13. Click on Print Stock Labels
14. Enter REC012800
15. Print correct label
