Sage X3 Web Services PU9 - Time Out Exception

Question

Hi, 
 I'm using X3 web services in PU9. I created simple web service of Method RUN which updates a flag in table. 
 The problem is that when I'm running in Classic SOAPUI I'm getting Time-out Exception. 
 The service is working sometimes and sometimes it throws time-out exception. I guess that the problem is with Database server response but not sure. 
 I supposed to communicate this with Android. But stuck with this error.

 What patch level are you at? We have seen this with PU9 patch 2. It appears to have been resolved with patch 3. 
 This is also in our knowledgebase as KB ID 77225. Error: "Timeout" during a Run (subpgrogram) command in Classic SOAP Web services.
