We have been using SPS with Version 6.5 for two years without issue. We are migrating to Product Update 9 and are unable to connect to the Sage Payment Vault to enter or modify credit cards through our corporate firewall. I can connect from home (no corporate firewall). Does any one know if there is any website redirection occuring? Version 6 connects to
https://www.sageexchange.com/VirtualPaymentTerminal/
While Product Update 9 connects to
https://www.SagePayments.net/VirtualTerminal/
I am trying to find out what might have changed from the version 6 connection to the product update 9 connection.
