Figured it out.  User error.

Hi Bruce,I am facing the same issue. Can you tell me how you fixed it?I logged in with the user and I am able to view the report.I have tried to email the report from the user's account and it works.But if I use the Schedular to send report to this user it gives the same error you are facing.What are the check lists we need to follow while configuring the Schedular?

Check the email address of the user you are sending to.  For example, I was chose Admin as the user to send to.  The email address assigned to Admin was not the correct email address.

This is the error I can see in the log   

"export.js was not directed to the login page, this is either because the url provided is wrong, or we are already logged in, which we should not be, since the distribution requires to be logged in with the provided user"

Got Solution to this issue.Modify DistributionInstaller.exe.config for the WebAppUrl with the right URL.Once done restart the BI services.
