Slow Performance of SEI after Sage Upgrade V11 to V12

HI

We upgraded from X3 V11 to V12. SEI version is 8.2.7.24. We have been experiencing slow speed in spooling reports. A daily report to fetch sales transactions takes more than 5 mins to spool.

It's really frustrating. Any idea on how the performance can be improved. Someone advised DB Optimisation.; I have no idea how that is done. Kindly assist.

    Hi Doris,

    I would suggest starting with Sage knowledgebase article 76348: “How to troubleshoot slow performance for Sage X3.” After gathering the information, your local support team may be able to point you in the right direction.  As far as DB Optimization, I would suggest your database administrator who will be familiar with your system.
