Basically, delete the expired SEI license from database and try again.

Remote to the SEI server.

From SEI's SQL Server instance, remove the license from the database:

```sql

USE BILicense;

DELETE FROM [dbo].[LICENSE];

```

From `services.msc`, restart `BI Services`.

On your SEI website, log in as `ADMIN` and enter the license serial number.
